General:
- Surgery hours: Monday to Thursday 9 am - 1 pm & 2 pm - 5.30 pm.
- 24 hours notice is requested if unable to attend an appointment.
- An emergency service for patients of the practice is available.
- Out of hours contact numbers, including mobile, are available from the practice answer phone.
It would be appreciated if calls could be made before 9 pm for advice or callout.
- Methods of payment: All major credit cards are accepted, as are Switch & Debit cards.
Cheques with a valid guarantee card are also accepted.
- Parking: Available in the surrounding area and in the pay & display car park opposite. Maximum time 4 hours!
- Parking for the disabled is available immediately outside the practice.
- Weybridge station, served by Guildford & Bournemouth trains from Waterloo, is about 3/4 miles from the practice.
Taxis are available to the practice.
